CMIC Solutions Receives ‘Platinum’ Rating for Second Consecutive Year in CyberVadis Cybersecurity Evaluation

CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuo Nakamura), through its group company CMIC Solutions Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kei Kasai, hereinafter referred to as CMIC), has received the highest rating of ‘Platinum’ for the second consecutive year in the cybersecurity evaluation conducted by CyberVadis, an international assessment organization based in France. This year, CMIC achieved a score of 976 out of a possible 1000 points, surpassing last year’s score.

The ‘Platinum’ rating is awarded only to the top 1% of evaluated companies, representing the highest level of recognition. In this evaluation, CMIC’s global cybersecurity and information protection initiatives were acknowledged, with high scores recorded across all four evaluation themes: ‘Identification, Protection, Detection, and Response.’ The average score among evaluated companies is 654 points.

CyberVadis is a cybersecurity risk evaluation solution developed by EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted sustainability assessment organization. Known for its rigorous evaluation methodology, the platform comprehensively analyzes and assesses a company’s cybersecurity framework based on strict standards covering data protection measures, network security, vulnerability management, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
