Notice of Organizational and Personnel Changes

We hereby announce the following organizational and personnel changes.

1. Organizational Changes (effective as of June 1, 2023)

1)　Establishment of Group Strategy Planning Department

CMIC Group established the Consulting and Navigation Unit (CAN UNIT) in October 2022 to strengthen the provision of consulting services, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare-related business and management, and to promote collaboration among the businesses and functions within the CMIC Group. In addition, we have decided to establish a new Group Strategy Planning Department to promote the group’s overseas expansion, launch of new healthcare businesses, collaboration with local governments, and alliances with other companies, and to achieve overall optimization.

2)　Establishment of Future Design Lab.

CMIC Group provides new healthcare solutions as a Personal Health Value Creator. We have decided to establish a new Future Design Lab. to allow visitors to experience future healthcare solutions that will be realized in the future. We will present a vision of the future centered on our Hamamatsucho office and the Yuzuriha CMIC Next Generation Community in Kobuchizawa-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, which will be fully opened in early July.

A training facility newly opened in Kobuchizawa-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, as a place to promote Learning & Development of CMIC Group employees, practice new ways of working, and promote human resource exchange within and outside the company.

2. Personnel Changes (effective as of June 1, 2023)
