CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. announced the company name change of consolidated subsidiary company “CMIC-BS Co., Ltd.” (Effective as of October 1, 2016）
This change will not alter the business of the company.

CMIC-BS Co., Ltd. a “Medical Relation Company”, has provided high quality human resource services dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry by using the know-how and experiences of CMIC Group maximally amassed through clinical development of various pharmaceutical products.  The Company has maintained our effort and practice to provide higher quality of human resource services.  Taking the opportunity to change its corporate name to “CMIC Career Co., Ltd.”, the company clearly describes our business direction and aims to expand our business.
