CMIC Holdings Welcomes New its Board Members
CMIC Holdings Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 1, 2025, the Company resolved to appoint the following new Board Members.
Purpose of Changes in Executive Structure
CMIC Group has appointed new Board Members to drive sustainable growth and position the organization for the next stage of its evolution. The five newly appointed Board Members are visionary leaders who combine strong transformational capabilities with a forward-looking perspective. Key criteria for their selection included strategic agility, group-wide decision-making ability, and the energy and leadership required to foster growth for both people and the organization.
CMIC Group will remain committed to advancing healthcare, creating new value by leveraging the strengths of the entire Group, and further enhancing its competitiveness.
