CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on December 23, 2025, the Company resolved to implement the following changes to its executive structure.
Following the passing of our former Chairman and CEO, Kazuo Nakamura, we have decided to discontinue the use of the titles “CEO (Chief Executive Officer)” and “COO (Chief Operating Officer)” and will operate under a structure led by the President and Representative Director.
Going forward, Keiko Oishi will serve as President and Representative Director, leading the entire organization and driving the continued growth and development of our group.
