CMIC HOLDINGS Announces Changes to Management Structure

CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) today announced that it will implement changes to its management structure, effective April 1, 2026, with the aim of strengthening corporate governance through a clearer separation of supervision and execution functions.

Changes to the Management Structure

Effective April 1, 2026, the Company will revise its management structure to clearly separate supervision and execution functions and to further enhance corporate governance.

To strengthen oversight, the Company will appoint outside directors who possess advanced expertise in management analysis and corporate governance, as well as extensive knowledge of Japan and global pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

At the same time, the Company will introduce an Executive Officer system. Under this new structure, authority currently vested in the President will be delegated to the heads of the Company’s business units and corporate unit, thereby accelerating decision-making and clarifying roles and responsibilities across the organization.
