Notice of the Passing of Our Chairman and CEO
CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. deeply regrets to announce the passing of our Chairman and CEO, Kazuo Nakamura, on December 5, 2025. On the same day, he has resigned from his position as Representative Director.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the kindness and support shown to him throughout his life.

The wake and funeral will be held privately with close family members only.
