Announcement of the Memorial Service for Kazuo Nakamura
CMIC HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. respectfully announces the passing of our former Chairman & CEO, Kazuo Nakamura, on December 5, 2025.
A memorial service to honor his life and legacy will be held as outlined below.
We would like to express our deep appreciation for the kindness, support and warm relationships he received from colleagues, partners, and friends around the world throughout his lifetime.

We kindly request that attendees refrain from offering flowers, gifts, or condolence money.
Guests are welcome to attend in informal attire and may arrive at any time during the designated hours.
Advance registration will be required for all attendees.
